- For orders placed before 12 noon, delivery of bouquets is guaranteed on the same day. After 12 noon, delivery will take place by 1 p.m. the following day.

- Seasonal bouquets and arrangements or those linked to specific holidays (Christmas and Easter) can only be ordered in the corresponding period. This is because our shop welcomes plants and flowers that respect and enhance the seasons and the natural cycle.
